From 1 April to 3 April 2024, nine young people were able to take more than just a look behind the scenes of our hotel.

It's always great to see such motivated young people who show an interest in the hotel and catering industry. These personalities are the future of our industry.

Taste not Waste

Together with the Responsible Hotels of Switzerland and food journalist Esther Kern, we have published the cookery book Taste not Waste.
